Job Description – Business Development Manager (IT Outsourcing Services)

* Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, online marketing, online bidding for international
* Bring software development, website design/ development, mobile application development, etc projects
* Build referral and lead generation network
* Make presentations to communicate with potential clients and perform all sales-related functions
* Maintain and grow business with existing accounts

Desired Skills and Experience

* Prior experience in generating business in global market for software, web, mobile application development
* Good experience in online bidding (lance, odesk, freelance, guru etc)
* Good experience in lead generation and industry mapping
* Experience in generating leads through social media
* Understanding of technologies
* Good communication skills
* Should have proven track record
* Numbers & target oriented

Job Description – Account Manager (IT Outsourcing Services)

* Manage large accounts
* Maintain and expand relationships with customers
* Support Business Development Department in documentation work such as writing project proposals etc
* Interact with relevant departments to achieve all required steps and approvals in order to meet strict and tight client deadlines

Desired Skills and Experience

* Good communication skills
* Good interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Analytical skills, with the ability to read large amounts of information in a short time
* Prior experience in account management in same industry
* Should have proven track record
